Automatic rack lean compensation
Any structure flexes when subjected to heavy loads. Uneven loads will result in uneven distortion. Temperature changes will also have a measurable impact on a racking structure. All of these effects eat into the positioning tolerances between loads and rack structure - tolerances you want to keep tight in order to maximize space utilization.
To deal with this problem the Vectura family features a patented system of automatic compensation for the distortions that occur when pallet racking is unevenly loaded (rack lean). The accuracy of this system allows the spacing between pallets in the rackning bay to be reduced below standard FEM tolerances, giving space utilization.
